    No. They are the exact same medications as the ones at the Vet. All medications sold by PetPills are Health Canada approved.
  • Is PillPals a reputable source for my pet's medication?
    Yes, absolutely! Our team of pharmacists have undergone extensive training in pet medication and have received certification in this area. PillPals operates under a certified pharmacy - KJK Pharmacy in Mississauga Ontario, accrediation number #306105
  • Do I need a physical prescription?
    There are 3 ways prescriptions can be forwarded to PetPills. Upload a picture of your prescription on our online portal. Ask your Veterinarian to fax it directly to us. Provide your Veterinarian's details and we will reach out to them.
  • Does delivery cost extra and how long does it take to deliver?
    An accurate shipping charge will be calculated on your order at the time of checkout, depending on your geographical location and weight of the prescription. Shipping cost for most patients in Southern Ontario will be $0.
  • What is our dispensing fee?
    A dispensing fee is mandatory as per Ontario legislation, Petpills charges a $4.99 dispensing fee.
  • How will I know if my prescription has been received or is being processed?
    An email will be sent to your email address with confirmation that the prescription was received and that it is being processed for delivery, as well as estimated time of arrival.
